Shipping and Return

Shipping Policy:

We in ADWAT MISR promises to provide the better online shopping experience  to you.

your order will be shipped and delivered to your home within 5 business days.

Kindly note that any incomplete information such as billing or shipping address that may result in delays.

Terms and Conditions:

-Orders must be delivered to a private addresses home or work address.

-We cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.

-All Products subject for testing before shipment.

-If the customer refused the delivery or changed his/her mind or cancel the order after shipping customer will pay the shipping cost.

-All orders which at shipping phase cannot be edited .

-It is not allowed to open the shipment before receipt

-The customer will pay the shipping costs if he refuses to receive the order because he wants to open the shipment before receipt and the delegate refuses to do so according to site's shipping policy.

If payment is completed with a credit card, the only person allowed to receive the order is the card holder or delegated person, who must show his national ID to our driver.


Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only in below cases:

- The return request must be within 14 days of delivery.

- All items must be returned complete and in their original condition and packaging boxes 

- In case of missing Parts/documentation, Or the product has been used or opened (in case the product is factory-sealed) or the protection labels or tags (if any) have been removed. the return order will not be accepted and returned back to the customer and the customer will pay the shipping cost for both return and return back.

- The product to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unused and in full packaging, and the protection labels and tags (if any) must be intact and not removed.

- All Returns subject to examination committee and if the return doesn't pass the examination committee due to usage or miss use reasons then customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.

Cases Customer will not pay shipping cost for return:

- In case of damaged or defective or If found any manufacturing defects.

- In case of the product not as described.

Cases Customer will pay shipping cost Whether the return request is accepted or rejected:

- In case of the customer doesn't like the product or change his/her mind .

- In case of the customer need to exchange the product with another one and in this case the customer paying the shipping cost for the return and the shipping cost for the new order.

-In case the returned product is not in its original conditions

-In case the returned product not includes all its original contents like accessories, documentation, packaging, batteries, etc.
